- 3. EnVision Publisher is NOT to be used as an enticement to purchase
- another product without prior written permission from Software Vision.
- 4. EnVision Publisher cannot be rented or leased.
- 5. No third-party entity can collect royalties from the distribution of
- EnVision Publisher.
- 6. EnVision Publisher may not be distributed by any for-profit entity
- which does not disclose the following points in their literature:

- the disk vendor's distribution and marketing costs, and does
- not cover the cost of the software.
- b. Additional payment to the software publisher (author) is
- required if the user continues to use a shareware program
- beyond the evaluation period.
- 7. Unless you received EnVision Publisher directly from Software Vision
- Corp., we require all disk and rack vendors who intend to distribute

- These restrictions apply to anyone who wishes to distribute EnVision
- Publisher, including commercial disk vendors, rack vendors, BBS operators,

- Failure to observe this Agreement constitutes a violation of the copyright
- law and several international trade agreements.
-
- This agreement covers this and all prior versions of EnVision Publisher.
- This agreement supersedes all prior "Marketing and Distribution Agreements".
-

-
- NOTE TO DISK VENDORS
- --------------------
-
- If you wish to include EnVision Publisher in your catalog, and would like a
- picture of the screen, we can provide you with several bit-mapped screen
- images in PCX or TIFF format. Alternatively, feel free to produce your own
- screen images directly from the program. Also, on the shareware disks there
- is a PCX image called SCREEN.PCX which you may want to include in your
- catalog.
-
- EnVision Publisher comes on two disks, and it includes an INSTALL program.
- If you did NOT receive your disks directly from us, please ensure that you
- have all the files. The files that make up EnVision Publisher are listed at

- NOTE TO BBS OPERATORS
- ---------------------
-
- If you are a BBS operator, please review the "EnVision Publisher Disk
- Contents" section below to ensure that you have all the files.
-
- Please post EnVision Publisher with the following keywords:
-
- ENVISION PUBLISHING DTP TYPESETTING LAYOUT PRINT FONT SHAREWARE ASP
-
- We recommend that you archive all the files on disk 1 (see below) in a
- file called EVP154A.*, and all the files on disk 2 (see below) in a file
- called EVP154B.*, where the "*" stands for (ZIP, ARC, LZH, EXE, etc.).
- However, before you do this you should expand the two self-extracting
- files EVP154A.EXE and EVP154B.EXE described below (please note that the
- BBS EVP154A and EVP154B files are not the same as the vendor EVP154A.EXE
- and EVP154B.EXE described in the "EnVision Publisher Disk Contents" below,
- because that the BBS files contain all the vendor files, including the
- INSTALL and the READ-ME files.)

-
- NOTE: EnVision Publisher will NOT run if ANY files are missing. You must

- must be EVP154A.EXE and EVP154B.EXE respectively, otherwise
- the INSTALL program will not be able to install properly. (To
- see the contents of these two files, copy each one in a separate
- subdirectory, and run it -- it will self-extract).
